looking for recommendations!

Completely new to sleep earbuds and such, looking for something that would work well in my situation:
I mostly want something I can use at college, my roommate likes to fall asleep watching streams without earbuds, so it’s not too loud, but loud enough to be heard over my AirPods with noise cancelling on. I’m a side sleeper. I’d be open to a sleep mask of sorts as well, cause sometimes the lights from my roommate’s screen are disruptive.
