How hard is it to get a servers job in nyc?

my gf is a healthcare professional with a doctorate. But to get that degree, she took on a lot of debt including private loans. Back when she was in school, she got like 1.5 years of serving experience in a different city. We live near broadway in bed stuy/bushwick so shes primarily looking there. How hard will it be for her to pick up some hours on weekdays/the weekend as a server? she’d need a job starting at like 6 and going until like 11 at the latest on weekdays. ideally she’d work like 10-15 hours per week.
