MEB

Hi,

Sorry in advance if this is a silly question. I’ve read through almost every previous MEB post and can’t find an answer. I was referred to MEB today for a P3 permanent profile for migraines requiring Botox. I also have a VA claim on step 3 with an intent to file almost a year old. If my MEB goes though before my VA claim, do I loose the backpay from my intent to file? Does it matter which one goes through first?

Any advice is helpful. Thank y’all in advance!
