Is there another commander that lowers your Winrate as much as Miss Hightower when you "do the thing"?

I realize I'm a bit late here, but I just saw the gallery of all the new legends in the Mystery Booster Commander set. They all look super cool and unique! But one in particular caught my eye, and it's Miss Hightower. So if you manage to connect, you let your opponent cast a [[Contract From Below]] for free, which already is a terrible thing for you to let happen, but they also don't even have to if they don't want to! On top of that, if they do take the deal, your other opponents are now incentivized to kill you, the player with the Miss Hightower deck, instead of your opponent you just let wheel for free. There isn't even a downside for the person taking the wheel! The consequences don't affect them at all, since they'll already be dead before it happens. Just a very strange card.
