Is this normal with SPX? 😭

Hi guys! Is this normal for SPX? 😭
I ordered something from Rosario, Pampanga to Makati on August 12, and today is already August 21, but my parcel is STILL stuck at SOC 6 with no movement! I’m getting really worried because it’s been several days already. I’ve been contacting Shopee but I’m basically just getting chatbots and the usual “please wait” responses I also can’t seem to find a direct contact number for SPX. The parcel is already prepaid and worth around 22k** **and I actually need it urgently, so I’m really anxious about what’s happening to it.

Has anyone experienced the same thing with SOC 6/SPX recently? How long did yours take to move, and is there any way I can contact SPX directly or have the parcel escalated?
Any advice would be appreciated! 🙏🏻
