One pc with two different set up layout help

Hey so I came up with an idea at my mates house yesterday as he's a pc gamer but also does other stuff that wouldn't work well with his setup, the idea is he has 2 "stations" with one pc, each station will have 3 monitors (maximum) and a keyboard and mouse (has to wired) on one set up he's gonna have a steering wheel and pedals set up for playing games like ETS Forza and F1 on the other there's a chance he would have a normal controller, I'm looking for information on what to buy in order to get it so he can easily switch between the two setups and not have to buy a second pc, the stuff I know off hand is he has an rtx 3050 and is on windows
