Roast my heavy sleeper alarm. What would make you uninstall it?
I built Mornio for one specific problem: people who hear their alarm, turn it off half-asleep, and later barely remember doing it.
Instead of letting the alarm finish from bed, you choose a QR code or barcode somewhere else in the house. When it rings, you have to get up and scan that item. It can also check again later because getting up briefly and going straight back to bed is another loophole.
I want the harsh version of the feedback:
- Is the concept immediately understandable?
- Is barcode/QR scanning too much friction?
- What would stop you from installing?
- What would make you uninstall after one morning?
- Would a heavy sleeper actually pay for this?

Don't be nice. I want to know what is wrong with it.
