Feel like im contaminating EVERYTHING with my sexual bodily fluids.

I literally dont know how to stop this cycle, i masturbate (im a woman) and i have to immediately wash my sheets right after, but because i grabbed my sheets with my whole body (kimd of like hugging it) NOW i am contaminated with my bodily fluids, i put it in the washer and because my hands touched the sheets and i go to grab the bag of tidepods that my family uses now THAT bag is contaminated, i wiped down the bag of tidepods with an alcohol wipe and the surface of the washer and when i go to throw out the wipe obviously i must wash mt hands at the sink, the dish sponge is there and now my soapy hands are sprinkling right onto the sponge so now i have to put dishwasher soap on the sponge and squeeze it and let water run through it so it becomes clean again but what if it still has my body fluids seeped inside it? My mom washed the dishes with it already and i feel like i just sexually assaulted everyone in the house im losing my mind ☹️
