How likely am I to win the dispute

I opened up a dispute for two different orders each had missing the high value items. I said item not as described and included the pictures of the parcel with two of the items and invoice. Included the high value items as missing. Seller is saying the weight is matching the orders as the courier weight is shown with tracking. How likely am I to win the dispute ? Losing almost 1000$ cdn over this.
