Looking for a tool like LiveSplit, but not LiveSplit.

I'm currently running through the Assassin's Creed series and I'm using LiveSplit to keep track pf how ling the game is in general, and how long each part of 100%ing it is. Here's my issue. The only tools I've found that can display how far along I am and how long they've taken are Speedrunning tools which are great. However, using them for my purposes are not what they were intended for.

My first issue stems from having to pause the timer mid-run and saving the data for the next stream. Time Attack Pause has helped with that issue but on more than one occasion it has crashed and I had to get around it.

My second issue is that once the run is "locked in", it cannot be edited. For example, LiveSplit could be set up for objectives/checkpoints A, B, C, D, and E. This issue I'm running into is when I need to move objective E between B & C, there's no way to do that because that's not what the tool is built for.

So if someone could link me a tool similar to what I'm looking for, that would be much appreciated.
