If you recently had an exam, ACE or C&P, done by LSGS you need to watch this video by ThCivDiv. I usually take these YouTubers with a grain of salt, but this one hit home. I recently had an ACE exam done for migraines and a C&P exam done for Urinary Frequency. They were both done by LSGS. I had asked both of them to look at the logs I submitted. I told the NP to make sure she saw the part in my records where my VA doctor said my Urinary Frequency is caused by psychogenic issues. They assured me they would. On the DBQ for my migraines, there were so many inconsistencies and errors it was unbelievable. For my Urinary Frequency, the NP said in her medical opinion she couldn’t form one because there was no diagnosis. On her DBQ, she left it pretty much blank despite me telling her how many times I have to urinate and that I have a log uploaded showing this. This video makes me wonder how many of these errors were done on purpose or out of stupidity. Needless to say I got a zero for the UF. I did get a zero on my migraines, but they service connected it. Sorry for the long rant
