We created this subreddit because we couldn’t find a place dedicated specifically to everything about water shoes.

There are plenty of outdoor communities, but water shoes have their own unique challenges:

Wet rocks are slippery.
Beach shells can hurt.
Cheap materials wear out quickly.
Some shoes drain well but feel uncomfortable.
Some feel great but lack protection.

Everyone has different needs, and we wanted to create a place where people can share what actually works.
