Mechanical Engineering Bachelor Degree

I want to study mechanical engineering abroad. I did A-levels and my scores were ABBC. I am planning to give SAT, probably IELTS too. However, since i have not so perfect grade, and i come from middle-class family, I am afraid i might not get full ride. Any suggestion where I can study and also get high paying job there after graduation.
