A blessing in disguise?

COMING OUT

To preface: my apologies for my username.

My wife left me. She knew that I was likely queer from the start, to which I made aloud only recently. I never took any action on that besides the above user account, which has only been desire and never action.

I'm going to attend a speed dating event for queer folks. My genetic prerogative to have children is complete; my need for a partner who treats me with the...gentleness...that I deserve is not. That's not to say that I had a part to play in the fact our marriage dissolved.

So I guess that I am bi, or queer, or whatever, but I have to tell someone. Women are women, regardless of genitalia. And hopefully the LGBTQ2A+ can help me find someone more actualized than what I have experienced, including myself. I am learning who I am, and wanting to say it out loud.

But sorry to end on a silly note, I think that I am good to start something totally different, with someone that I wouldn't have been able to before. Modern times?

Sending love to you all.
