PLZ HELP ME OUT ON THIS ONE CUZ MY PARENTS ARE SCARING ME

So I got rvitm cse with ai ml in r3(12.4k) ,but later i found out when going there yesterday tht the campus is shit and also it's completely under vtu so maintaining high cgpa is gonna be hard also since they're not providing transport facilities or wtever it makes things hard for me

Since rvitm and bmsit are on the similar level,i thought I'll participate in r4

But the thing is that bmsit cs core went to 13.3k or sum

And I got 12.4k 😭😭😭🥀

Ik this is a simple q but my parents are scaring me tht the cut off won't come back or sm

Is it true???

If I keep my bmsit cs core above this can I get it?
