$700 for $900 on 09/02 PayPal or Cashapp

I have a bill from a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound that I have to pay in order to continue getting medical treatment. First time borrower, but I have great income amd can show that. Unfortunately just been stretched very thin the last couple week due to taking off for appointments etc.
