When to do it

Im going to a show tmr that starts at 7 and I believe ends at 11. Im doing 100mg and I was thinking of doing it around 7:30-8 to maximize the amount of time rolling at the rave. If the headliner starts at 10 will it still be the same or will I be coming down?
