What was the first symptoms you had before you got a positive test?

I am 9 DPO and my period is due anywhere from today-sunday (I have a shorter luteal phase). Last night I felt like I was coming down with the flu (sore skin, achey back and nausea). I had night sweats last night (no fever) and no sore throat or nose symptoms.

Today I feel better in terms of backache but still on and off nausea and SO bloated and full feeling. I did do a digital test this morning that was negative, but I just dont feel like my period is coming if that makes sense?

None of this was how I felt with my first - with him I just felt super anxious and did a test 11DPO.

Also to note - my hubby has been unwell this week with cold and flu symptoms so I initially thought it was that but he was different and had a head cold.

Am i just convincing myself haha
