What's a cocktail I can make for movie nights with no perishables?

I don't really drink much, but I've been enjoying having a cocktail (or two) with my family's weekly movie night; but because I don't drink much a lot of the cocktails I know I like tend to always have something missing when no one feels like running out. My go-to "I want a drink" thing so far has been a whiskey sour but either we're out of lemons, or the egg whites carton has expired, or both far too often for my liking.

I tend to like sweeter drinks if that's not too tall of an order on top, vodka cranberry, rum and coke is okay, I wasn't in love with a Moscow Mule but it was alright.
