OBS not recording, get this poppup, other posts dont give answers that work

When I open the application it gives me a poppup saying "starting the output failed. Please check the log for details" and "Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

I saw someone say under another post that i need to access some specific file, but i still dont know how to fix this, please help
