Is isekai anime all about power creep nowadays?

Don't get me wrong, I've seen plenty of isekai that aren't focused on being insanely OP. Konosuba, for example, has a lot more of a comedy/slice-of-life feel.

But then you have Tensura, The Eminence in Shadow, Overlord, Arifureta, etc., where the MCs are ridiculously powerful.

So I'm wondering has isekai become more focused on power fantasy, or am I just noticing it more?
