Guns of Marz and Gunworks Framework are not appearing in my mod list

I just returned after a few months to check out B42 stable. When checking my old mods I saw that VFE was discontinued. I found Guns of Marz and Gunworks Framework and subscribed to them. When I tried to start a new game they were not in my mod list. These aren't only for multiplayer, are they?
