he left me after 5 years

he (23M) just left me after 5 years im bery sad and dont know what to do. he left me because he kept calling me a dumbass and i finally said if im such a dumbass leave me because i dont wanna be with someone who will call me a dumbass and he said that everything was my fault why we broke up and he has nothing to work on that im the problem. i feel like i stood up for myself but he left. he still has his location on but he packed all his stuff and left . he said “watch u will be texting me in a couple days saying how u want me back and how i was the best one ull ever have” i told im not gonna text him since hes leaving me . im just sad and dont know what to do.

if he texts me what do i say? if he wants to get back together what do i do? i wanna stay strong but i do love him. but i just want to be respected
