FRLG Static Help

Hello! I am attempting to RNG a static shiny Deoxys. My seed target is EC8F (36558 ms) with 1338 advances. My settings are Mono, L=A, and I'm using A as my seed button with no extra buttons.

I catch the Deoxys for calibration, rare candy until I get only one possible IV set, and I find the seed I landed on, and when I look at the possible ms/advances possible...none of them make sense! Some of them have Stereo Settings, or a different button mode, or a different seed button, etc.

Any thing I'm overlooking or could be doing wrong? I'm doing it on the 3DS on a English Fire Red
