Evening everyone,

Here's a quick community update on some of the changes we've made over the last 24 hours.

What's New

Over the last 24 hours, we've slowly implemented some basic moderation changes:

• Added Post Flairs (F4M, F4A, M4F, M4A & Basic)
• Made Post Flairs mandatory for all new posts
• Added User Flairs (Admin Team & Community Mod)
• Opened Moderator Applications
• Set up an AutoMod system with a fake/scam post filter

Post Flairs

We've introduced Post Flairs to help reduce fake posts from bots and scammers, while also making it easier for members to find the posts they're looking for.

The Basic flair is intentionally used as part of our moderation system. If a user selects this flair, our moderation bot will automatically mute the account for review.

From now on, all posts must include a Post Flair.

If there's a flair you'd like to see added, please let the Mod Team know.

User Flairs

At the moment, User Flairs are reserved for subreddit staff (Admin Team & Community Mods), but we may expand this to community members in the future.

Moderator Applications

Moderator applications are now open.

Apply here:
https://www.reddit.com/r/UKhookupsss/application/

Requirements:

• Minimum account age: 6 months
• 1+ year account age is preferred

AutoMod

We're currently trialling an AutoMod system to help tackle fake and scam profiles.

If you experience any issues with the bot, please contact the Mod Team.

Thank you for your patience while we continue improving the subreddit.

If you have any questions or suggestions, feel free to contact us.
