Looking for help for move out

I’m looking for one person help for loading and unloading. I don’t have lots of furniture and it would be basic table chair , bags , and mattress. I have my own car and need company in terms of loading and unloading and moving furniture to first floor. Potential move out date August 30th/31st. Will max take 1-2 hour since the new place is 10 minutes away from my current place.
