Im at a loss. I have over 500 applications out with some variant of this resume, I was a total beast where I worked before. Customers loved me, I was always reliable, always pulling through on projects. Several years ago, a variant of this resume would land me an interview anywhere. Now I just get rejection letters.

I am applying for any level of workforce development jobs at this point in the USA. Organizational roll-out support roles, change program support. I am applying all over the country, including England where I have citizenship as well.

My company was heavily in the Tier1 Automotive supplier space. It was for a startup company that ended pulling up to 30million in contracts. Our mission was to support alternative ways to increase collaboration in decision making in large scale global organizations that required ALOT of team work to get product to customer. I was a strategy contributor and supporter for all of C Suite, lead product documentation, and was also heavily used by our customer teams to lead their documentation and onboarding strategies.

I was let go because the CEO decided to do a 180 from the core product, shot down all contracts to pursue his endeavor, and ultimately led to everyone being laid off.

I was scouted as a VP of sales shortly afterward for a company that specialized in IoT platforms, but the products weren't competitive, addressed an extremely saturated market, and with 100% of the team offshore and a totally different work ethic to the German company I was with I left. I have that listed under additional experience down below.

I also kicked off my own personal project and started a company building platforms that help organizations allocated and score the skills that exist within their organization for resource and strategy planning people. This is not revenue generating yet and my submission to Y combinator did not get funded, so im sticking with my profesional experience from my previous employer of 10y years.

I havent gotten a single callback. Nothing. I have no idea what to do and am at a loss. Would love ANY feedback you can.
