Tesla order

I ordered a Tesla and the accessories. To my surprise I got charged, but I haven’t gotten an email from them. So naturally I asked the Tesla team where my accessories are or at least and email they told me that $250 was the only thing they see. They cannot find the accessory but my card got charged! Anyone have any experience in this?
