PokePark Kanto help

I got lucky enough to win the lottery for November after the site rules changed. I have a deadline to buy the tickets for Aug 30th. I click the link and verify my info over and over and every time I try to pay with my VISA, I get the same error message for try again later. I have tried 3 different cards now and get the same results.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
