Am I going crazy

So a few days ago I was aware of my body moving uncontrollably and you know didn’t think too much of it except for recently and that’s not the only time that I’ve noticed it but recently just a few days ago I’ve been experiencing weird smells small hand movements like brain going foggy small like memory issues as well as nausea like in the bottom of my stomach and I went to the doctors today and all they did were blood tests and urine tests. Like am I developing epilepsy i’m concerned if I am and also concerned about losing the job that I have so should I continue going to the hospital until they actually find something or what should I do? also, I’ve noticed being depressed and tired more recently.
