How to you clean up your 30 speed arrows?

I don't think I ever seen a guide for this but how do you deal with your stockpile of say, 30 speed Health Arrows? Since I am facing decision paralysis when trying to sort them out. Like should I get rid of the mod with a split between HP% and Prot% substats or say a higher HP% with Def% and no Prot% substat? There's not really an obvious answer in my eyes so I'm reaching out for opinions. This is about gerenal 30 speed arrows not just Health speed arrows.
