Traveling with Autistic child

We will be taking the Auto train next week with our two kids, our older being Autistic. I’m wondering if there is priority for special needs since she gets overwhelmed and has a hard time with big groups. Does Amtrak have a priority boarding and how does that work? Do I need to call in advance? Our younger is 3 and I’ll probably have to carry him on.
