Help. I'm tired of it. The redness wont go away.

Hey eczema community, 2 years ago i developed eczema on my face, neck, inner arms. I think many are lucky that their eczema is at a place where they can cover up with clothing. I can't. I look like a red tomato and everyone looks at me in a shocking manner and asked what is wrong with my skin. I'm really tired of explaining myself. My eczema is all over my face and my neck. One good thing about my eczema is they don't ooze. They're kinda itchy but skin feels smooth and is not raised but they just stays this red all the time.

I need help guys. I really dk what else I can do anymore. I've tried oral and topical steroid, they look good when im on it and came back right away once i stopped all. Elidel works as well but I cant depend on it for the rest of my life if you get what I mean.

I dont wear any jewellery, I don't do any gel nails and my nails are extremely short. I wanna give up...
