Are we really in a AI bubble? Will it ever crash?

Every tech company is focusing only on AI investments. In most of the companies, all the non AI related hiring is on freeze. Billions of Dollers being pushed for AI investments while everything else is on hold. Will it ever change or are we going to ever return back to normal?
