Seeking help/advice regarding our housing situation

Hello everyone,

Our property management has pretty much left us in the lurch since November of last year. By now, two companies have already changed, the last property management also quit, and now a completely new property management has been put in charge. So we have hardly had any way to reach anyone since last year. Even though we had several problems last year, the current situation is particularly concerning and really can't be resolved without support from the property management.

We all received a letter from our water supplier yesterday. It states that the water supply is supposed to be cut off starting Monday because the water bill hasn't been paid. We assume that our landlord has not paid the bill, as we have regularly paid our rent to the landlord.

Right now, we don't know what to do in this situation. We are all students and unfortunately do not have legal protection insurance that could support us in this situation. We are now planning to join the tenant protection association or a tenants' union.
