Help

I bought my Ronin about 20 days ago and have ridden around 450 km so far. From the very first day, I noticed a particular engine noise that appears around the time when I feel the bike needs a gear shift. Initially, I asked a few people who are familiar with motorcycles, and they felt it was normal. However, I wasn't completely convinced.

About a week after purchasing the bike, I got an opportunity to ride another Ronin of the same model belonging to someone I met on the road. Interestingly, I didn't notice the same noise on his bike.

So, I took my bike to the showroom and explained the issue to the mechanic. He told me there was nothing to worry about and that it was probably just an adjustment that could be checked during the first service. Later, I also discussed it with the manager, who connected me with a technician and asked me to bring the bike in so they could inspect it properly. I'm planning to take it to the showroom the day after tomorrow.

The noise is particularly noticeable between around 45–58 km/h. At around 60 km/h, when I try to cruise at a steady speed, I also notice that the engine sound doesn't feel completely linear or smooth. It's difficult to describe, but it feels somewhat like the engine sound is being intermittently restricted or "blocked" for a moment and then released. Another way to describe it is that the vibration seems to sync with a particular frequency, almost like how phone vibration can feel synchronized with a certain rhythm in music.

Has anyone else experienced something similar on the TVS Ronin? I'm particularly interested in knowing whether this is a normal characteristic of the engine or if it could indicate an adjustment or mechanical issue.
