In very early 2025, I started a 1.0.0 world on a random seed. Over time, I grew familiar and even attached to said seed. About a year later, I decided to revisit the idea of a 1.0.0 world on that seed and played it again.

Due to some unfortunate circumstances, my PC was infected by a virus, and I was forced to do a reset of the system, obliterating at least one of these worlds.

As a result of this blow, I decided to try my hand at this seed in Beta 1.8.1. Beta 1.8.1 has found favor in my eyes, as it is, in my opinion, the game's most atmospherically interesting version.
Beta's variation on this seed was intriguing to me, so, I decided to settle down in this slightly distorted of my familiar world.

While Beta 1.8.1 is fun, the lack of animal breeding was getting to me, as was the infuriating farming mechanics, so I decided to upgrade to 1.1. Here I've settled upon a mountain (this being the first time my starter base was on top of this mountain, rather than within it.

So far, I have a crop farm, a pen with cows, chickens, and sheep, as well as a tower fashioned in the same style as bases/towers I make in Infdev and Alpha versions pre Alpha v1.2.0 due to said early versions having awful stair mechanics for roofing. I plan to make a house in my usual, post-a1.2 style later on.

My world on 1.1.
