breaking up with my online boyfriend of 2 months

i don’t really know how reddit works so i’m sorry if this is blocky! i’ve known my boyfriend for almost a full year, we hit it off great and in May we exchanged emails, which turned to phone numbers, to eventually dating.

for about 2 weeks we’ve been calling everyday after school and. i can’t stand it.

he is such a sweet and genuine and amazing person but i can‘t stand being with him anymore and i kind of feel like a dick for it because we’ve barely been together. and if anyone jumps me-we are not similar in age. i’m in high school while he’ll be going into high school next year and that’s makes me uncomfortable. we as well have very different humors and it can get awkward on call which is a thing for me

i also feel like i’m forever going to talk to an online persona of him. i know him but i also don’t.

theres a couple other factors to this but i don’t want to type them down.
