Choosing a digital lock for ourselves is easy. Choosing one that parents won’t struggle with is harder.

We’ll be moving into our BTO soon, and both sides of our parents will probably visit quite often.I’m not too worried about having the latest features. My bigger concern is whether my parents can actually use the lock without calling us every time something goes wrong 😅Things like fingerprint not recognising, forgetting PINs, or being confused by too many buttons are the kind of situations I’m trying to avoid. For those with older parents using your digital lock — what access method has been the least troublesome in real life? PIN, fingerprint, card, physical key, or a combination? Also, any feature that sounded useful at first but turned out to be more annoying than helpful?
