Can I put a “senior” title promotion on my CV if I technically left before it went through?

At my old company I was put up for promotion 3x and it didn’t go through. I felt unappreciated and started applying to other jobs, and ended up landing a great one at another company which pays significantly more than the promo would have paid but is at the same “level” as I was pre-promotion. When I put my 2 weeks in with my manager he was super disappointed as he said my promotion was going through(but hadn’t been announced yet). I did my 2 weeks and didn’t hear anything else about it(I assume they knew I was leaving so cancelled it maybe). I’m now at the new company.

Can I put the senior title on my resume at the old company? Or should I keep the title I technically left the company with?
