If you were handed the reins at CIG tomorrow, what's your actual plan?

Regardless of where anyone lands on the latest SCL or recent patch stability, community morale is pretty clearly in a deep rut right now. Fourteen years in, the combination of broken basic gameplay loops and PR blunders that have gone viral has a lot of people exhausted.

On one hand, you could do nothing, ignore the noise, and just keep selling ships. On the other hand, you could completely freeze new features and spend a year doing nothing but fixing tech debt and stability. Or maybe the realistic answer sits somewhere in between - or is something that hasn't been discussed yet?
