Is quadruple planning in CaRMs insane?

I am wondering if doing the following is destined for disaster, or if this might be reasonable.

6 weeks physiatry (PMR) (1st choice speciality)

6 weeks psychiatry (2nd choice specialty)

5 weeks pathology (3rd choice specialty)

0 weeks family medicine (4th choice specialty).

For context, I still have time to change my physiatry and psychiatry ratios, but the deadline has passed to change pathology as I am starting with this.

Should I force myself to narrow down to 3, however that would mean dropping my 2nd choice (psychiatry), as it is too late to cancel my pathology electives.

Thanks and all the best.
