Should I allow this?

In my leauge we do this toilet bowl winner reward that the winner is allowed to choose there draft slot for the following season. A week ago this guy choose and I did the draft order. Now hes going back saying he wants a different spot. Should I allow him to change? We are still a week away from draft day. Also for context this doesn't affect me personally at all im drafting at 12.
