Spyware program "Spynger" found on my phone without knowledge/consent

I found out my husband installed a Spyware program on my phkne without my knowledge or consent called "Spynger"?

We are currently working on our marriage but are separated after my affair which I admit to.

However I am very bothered that this was installed without my knowledge and he will not admit to when or what data was collected. I'm a medical provider and have patient names/schedules and notes on my phone. My phone is password and fingerprint locked to protect patient data but he was able to gain access. I have also been in therapy and now I'm concerned that those visits which were/are supposed to be confidential are now recorded somewhere.

He said he did it because of trust issues...yeah I get it. I own what I did trust me 😞

We are currently separated but my home is under constant surveillance. Cameras everywhere, he gets notified of doors openjng/closing, has my life 360 tracking...etc .

He now denies the "app didn't work". I don"t believe this and need to know if I have any recourse.
