Niaahinn scrubs fit

Have any men here tried Niaahinn scrubs?

I've seen it recommended for the quality although i'm worried about the fit. I'm 5'11 and 93kg, looking at their sizing chart the waist goes up to 86cm for the 2XL size but my waist is about 104cm. How stretchy are their pants?
