German student visa — Nairobi July applicants

Hi everyone! 👋🏽
I applied for my German student visa through TLS Nairobi on 7 July 2026, and I’m still waiting for a decision.
I’m supposed to start my studies soon, so I’m getting a little worried about the processing time. 😭
Are there any other applicants who applied around the same period (early to mid-July) and are still waiting?
If you’re comfortable sharing, could you please let me know:
📅 Your application/appointment date
⏳ How long you’ve been waiting
📩 Whether the Embassy contacted you for additional documents
✅ If you’ve already received a decision
It would really help to compare timelines with people who applied around the same time. Thank you! 🙏🏽
