First time camping Talladega infield – Looking for advice and tips

I’ll be RV camping with friends this fall at Talladega.  This will also be my first time seeing a race at Talladega so we are very excited.  We are getting there on Wednesday and plan to stay until they kick us out on Monday morning.

Any advice or tips for what to bring, what to expect, what to see, what to avoid, where the best parties are, etc.?

Side note:  I’ve been camping at Watkins Glen for over 20 years now and know what to expect with race camping.  We’ve decided to shake it up and try a new track.  And, what better track to experience than Talladega!
