High blood pressure

My first pregnancy was pretty awful with constant fainting spells and nausea. I was 170 then, I gained 70 pounds during my pregnancy after losing 110 pounds. I felt horrible for awhile that my body went back to before. Now I’m loving myself 4 years later and I’m a plus size queen starting this pregnancy at 280. I’m currently 294 and 23 weeks so I’m feeling very accomplished this pregnancy. I’ve had virtually no symptoms this time. But last month my blood pressure was higher, last week at my appointment it was even higher at 141/72, I have an at home blood pressure cuff and I’ve been doing daily checks it just keeps getting higher every time 😩😩 my ob doesn’t want to see me again until September 1st but I’m almost convinced I have preeclampsia which is scary in itself. But it’s more the fact I’m a SAHM and my husband needs to work since we are low income. Should I push for an earlier appointment or should I just keep a record going like I have been. Baby is currently measuring a week ahead and in the 97%

Last appointment BP was 141/72, trace protein in my urine, tonight it was 153/99 😩😩 I’m being transferred to a bigger hospital because my BMI is too high for the ob I’m seeing now but that appointment isn’t until September 3rd
