Could someone give me a $1000 matcha/black build

I need help with a $1000 matcha/black pc build for gaming in USA. I think that because of the budget the only actual matcha colored parts i could get would be the case and cable colors. So far i have found a possible case that i think would be best for the build and that is the thermaltake view 270 plus TG ARGB ATX mid tower case. I was also thinking about getting an aio for the aesthetic because regular air coolers are kinda ugly. the aio i found is the thermal right frozen notte argb 72.37 CFM liquid cpu cooler. So what do u guys think, is the case and aio a good idea?
