How do I go about covering ringworm. I know you shouldn't but I also cannot keep medicine on it other wise as it's under my waistband and such

I'm 19, 115 pounds, roughly. 5'2. I'm not on any current medications outside of occasional over the counter pain meds. I don't exactly feel comfortable sharing pictures bc of the area it's in but it's 100% right worm. I've had smaller spots that go away but this one is bigger and I've just realized I have two more smaller ones.

I've been using over the counter medications for less then a week now for it so I know I'll have to keep up with it awhile longer for anything to improve, that's not the issue. The issue is how should I go about preventing irritating it further with covering the medication so it doesn't get all over my clothes?
